DVD-RW dissapearing |

Hi Phantombility
I have a huge problem keeping my Virtual Burner!
Every time I create a DVD 4.7 GB and start burn my homevideos from Pinnacle 14, the DVD stops and dissapear :(
Can you help me with a solution please? |

I have the same problem, althought mz firsgt attempt with 1.4 gb dvd forked fine, but when i try 4.7 dvd rw, vdd file disappears fom disk.
Anyone can help us?
Specs: Win 7 64b premium home, 4gb ram, Phantom burner 2.0 |
